MOZCAD
A free sample 3D CAD system (with VB and Delphi) source code is included with ATS Mozaik. You can download this and try it now!

In this screen shot of MOZCAD the white area is the Mozaik control which is displaying a DXF drawing.

DXF Viewer
The free CAD system can be used to view DXF files in 2D or 3D (as in the example above) or alternatively you can simply build your own customised viewer by including the Mozaik control into your own customised form and providing it with the name of the DXF file to view.
