Figure 1.1 : shows how EPiSolar work in head office Each of your sales team has a copy of EPiSolar on their notebook or laptop which they take with them into the customer’s house. This contains all the resource they need to complete the sale.
You send details of the appointment (Customer name and address and data and time as a minimum) to your sales person. This is automatically integrated into the sales person’s appointment diary and appears when EPiSolar is started.
EPiSolar records all the actions your sales representative performs while they are using the computer for the sale. These logs are sent back to the head office together with details of the appointment so that the sales person’s performance can be monitored.
This provides answers to questions such as “Was all the presentation materials shown?”, “How long did this person spend on the design?”, “Was the customer shown the personal assessment and other documents?” and so on.
Each member of the sales team has a data base of all their clients and details of their jobs organised on their computer.
A copy of the order and all the details and photographs can be sent electronically back to head office to begin processing. EPiSolar can be customised to send data in whatever method suites your current system.
You can try any number of alternative proposals and show your customer different options. Once the sale has been agreed you can print out orders and contract details and give them to your customer immediately.
EPiSolar reads details about all your product from a catalogue. Tools are included in the basic system to let you update the catalogue yourself so you are not dependent on us to make changes or price updates. You are in control of your data and can change it and issue to your sales team at any time
EPiSolar comes ready to use out of the box but it is an open system and can be customised to meet your detailed requirements. We will happily provide you with a quotation for this work based on your specific requirements.
